Let's Party!

Our studio is small and cozy. It can accommodate a group of six or less in a painting party indoors. We are happy to accommodate larger groups outside during warmer months, if you prefer to use our venue. A minimum of 4 people is needed to schedule a private party at our studio in Columbia City, Indiana. 

Do you have a venue in mind? Great! We will come to you. You provide the venue, tables and chairs for your group and we will do the rest. A minimum of 8 people is needed to schedule a private party at an outside venue.

Our private parties are available in acrylic painting, acrylic pouring, watercolor painting or mixed media painting. 

** Acrylic Pouring Paintings require several days to dry. Please make sure that your venue has space for the paintings to remain until they are fully dry. Additionally, you will be provided with recommendations on a sealer for the paintings that will need to be applied once they are dry.  All acrylic pouring paintings completed at our studio will be sealed and packaged for you. You will be notified approximately one week after your class date when they are ready to be picked up. ** 

** Mixed Media Parties can be "found" objects or objects provided by our studio. Found object mixed media parties are not recommended in the winter months. There are many possibilities for mixed media parties such as themes or musical easels. Contact me with your thoughts or theme and let's create an epic mixed media party that everyone will remember and enjoy! **

**Restorative Art Classes** can be provided in a private party as a single class or a series of three classes (Painting by Sense, Musical Easels, & Intuitive Painting). If a series is chosen, each class will be scheduled for a different date and will be in series order. If a single class is chosen, your party chooses which class to complete. 

Your venue or ours, the cost is the same: 

$45 per person (up to 19 people - must meet minimum requirement for the venue)

$35 per person (20 - 39 people)

$25 per person (40+ people)

Any venues over 50 people may require additional instructors and will be subjected to an additional fee. 

**Restorative Art Classes**

Restorative Art Classes can be provided in a private party as a single class or a series of three classes. 

Single Course: $50 per person

Restorative Art Class Series: $125 per person

We will set up, supply all the necessary equipment and supplies for your party, provide art instruction, tear down, and clean up afterwards. This includes canvases, paintbrushes, palettes, easels, paint, tablecloths, pouring tools, holders, and trays, aprons, etc. 

Acrylic Pouring Parties will not be completely torn down due to the drying requirements of the canvases. Please ensure that your venue can accommodate drying paintings for up to 72 hours. 

We love to visit you in your homes, work, church, etc. and will travel up to 1 hour from our Columbia City location to provide your paint party at no extra charge. 

Venues over one hour from our studio or that require an overnight stay, will require additional travel costs to ensure that our instructors have appropriate accommodations.

A $50 deposit is required to schedule your painting party.  The remainder of the funds will be due one week prior to your party date with a headcount of the total number in your party (if you did not provide it when you scheduled). 

For a full refund, please contact me for a cancellation no less than 8 days prior to your scheduled party. Your deposit will not be returned if the cancellation occurs after that date.  

We completely understand that things happen! If you need to reschedule your painting party, please let us know as soon as possible. No additional deposit will be needed to reschedule. You will be provided a new date for your party and for your full payment.  

For a refund, please contact me for a cancellation no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled class for any reason. A full refund, less the transaction fee of $2, will be refunded to you in the method that you provided payment.
