Artful Transformations offers thoughtfully designed private parties and creative events that bring people together to make, explore, and enjoy shared artistic experiences. Whether you’re planning a celebration with friends, a team building experience, a family gathering, or a seasonal party, our studio provides a welcoming space for art, connection, and creative fun. 

Private parties are tailored to your group’s interests, energy, and goals. Each event is guided by an experienced facilitator and centered around a creative activity that’s accessible to all skill levels. 

You don’t need art experience — just curiosity and a willingness to create alongside others.

Common elements include:

• A brief introduction to the medium or activity
• Step-by-step guidance throughout the session
• All materials provided (unless arranged otherwise)
• A relaxed, supportive environment where exploration is encouraged

Private creative experiences are a meaningful way to celebrate and connect. They are especially well-suited for:

Creative Play Sessions are relaxed, open-ended art experiences designed for connection, curiosity, and fun. These sessions focus on process over product and are especially popular for mixed-age groups or gatherings where the goal is exploration rather than instruction.

Creative Play Sessions may include:

• A simple creative invitation or starting point
• Access to a variety of art materials
• Freedom to explore, experiment, and create at individual comfort levels
• Light guidance and encouragement throughout
   

These sessions are ideal for:

• Families and mixed-age groups
• Casual celebrations
• Team gatherings looking for a low-pressure creative activity
   

No art experience is needed, and there’s no “right” outcome — just space to create together.

Creative gatherings aren’t just for celebrations — they can be a different kind of team experience. 

Our private creative events help groups:

• Connect outside of typical meeting environments
• Share a collaborative, low-pressure activity
• Tap into curiosity, perspective-shifting, and collaborative making
   

These sessions can be tailored for corporate teams, staff retreats, leadership groups, or professional celebrations. No art experience required.

Private parties and events are priced based on group size, materials, and the type of creative experience selected.

General starting points:

• In-Studio Private Parties: starting at $40–45 per person, with a $200 in-studio minimum (maximum 6 participants)
   
• Custom or Specialty Experiences: pricing varies based on materials, planning, and theme complexity
   
• Off-Site / Travel Events: priced per person and subject to a $500 off-site event minimum (minimum 8 participants)
   

Final pricing is confirmed once details such as group size, location, and activity are discussed.

Because private parties and events require advance planning and preparation:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date
• Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit
• Rescheduling may be offered based on availability
   

This policy helps ensure materials, studio time, and preparation are reserved appropriately.

Off-site private parties and events are available by request.

• Events located within one hour of the studio do not require additional travel fees, unless discussed and agreed upon prior to the event.
• Events located more than one hour from the studio will require additional travel fees and are subject to availability.

All travel-related details and any associated fees are discussed and confirmed in advance as part of the event planning process.

Private parties and events are scheduled by request. To plan your event:

• Decide on your estimated group size
• Consider the date(s) and time frame you’re hoping for
• Think about what kind of creative experience you envision

All basic art materials and supplies are included for private parties, so you don’t need to bring anything unless you choose to. If your group has a specific idea or request, we’re happy to talk through how to make it happen.
